1. Please note that the product prices do not include shipping fees. You are required to coordinate and make the necessary payment for shipping fees through our customer service (  +658923 2276 &  +658428 9797 ).

2. The cost of shipping is contingent on the size, weight of the item, and the applicable transportation rates. For precise details on shipping fees, kindly consult our customer service.

3. For specific locations, additional charges apply in contrast to the pricing structure mentioned in (2). Additional charges will be imposed for delivery to the following areas:
   - Marina
   - Sentosa
   - Tuas
   - Changi

4. For bulky items (exceeding 25-30kg), such as fluted panels, swing chairs, parasols, cat villas, cement pot and more, which necessitate manual transportation up staircases or to locations without elevators, an additional charge per floor will be levied. For pricing details, kindly consult our customer service.

5. Our scheduled logistics deliveries typically fall within a 2-5 working day time frame. However, during promotional seasons or specific event days, delays may occur. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for delivery delays.

6. It's imperative to acknowledge that the logistics company employed by us does not adhere to a fixed delivery day and time. Deliveries are conducted according to the logistics company's predetermined schedule.

7. Please note that we exclusively accept orders within Singapore, and our shipping services are available for local Singapore only. Any orders from locations outside Singapore will be promptly canceled and refunded.
