Return and Exchange Policy

This section on the "Returns and Exchange Policy" does not affect your statutory rights.
 

1. TheJoyLand does not facilitate product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined below and place a separate order for the desired product.
   
2. In case of receiving damaged products, missing parts, or incorrect items (excluding those damaged by the courier or self-inflicted damage), please notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order and provide supporting evidence.

3. For returns, we will only accept products that meet the following criteria:
   3.1. The product must be unopened, with tags attached, unused, and in its original condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Customized products, such as Artificial Grass Tuff Carpet, Window Mesh, Event Carpet, Wallpaper Backdrop Sticker, and Window Film, are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are tailored to your specific size requirements.

4. Regarding shipping fees for returns and exchanges:
   4.1. If the return is not due to an error on our part, shipping fees will not be refunded. However, a round-trip delivery fee will be charged for arranging exchanges, with the cost determined based on the size and weight of the item. You can ask our customer service for more details.
   4.2. In cases where the error is attributable to TheJoyLand, we will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.

5. We do not accept returns for orders made in error by the customer. We are committed to delivering the exact items as per your order.

6. If an exchange is permitted following confirmation by our customer service, it must be for a product of equal value. We do not offer refunds for any price differences. You may choose to pay the difference if the new item costs more.

7. TheJoyLand provides a disclaimer regarding product variations due to lighting and screen settings, as well as minor dimension differences due to manual measurements. These factors will not be considered valid reasons for returns.
